Another knit from my past

Here's a sad one. I made this shirt out of linen yarn. Then I washed it, thinking, "oh, it will make it softer!" Well, it did make it softer. But it biased the heck out of it. sigh... Live and learn, right?

Aha! I found it... well, half of it

OK, so I was going through the files on my computer and came across a picture of some of the clogs. I did 16 pairs for my aunts and uncles, now i've done about 24 or so in all. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of them all, but here's one of 6 of them... before felting. I meant to take a picture of all of them both pre and post felting, but oh well...



And... I also found a picture of some baby booties and hat that I made for my friend Tomi's baby Becca:


I followed some pattern for these booties, but then changed it aroud a little. after making so many clogs I kind of made them like clogs, but all in one piece. It's made of baby alpaca.

My next project is to finish the stupid chevron scarf. That thing looks awful! It's all crinkley and doesn't lie flat. I'm also working on a skirt from Knit1. I'm already sure it's not going to fit me, but I'm already comitted, so I guess someone really skinny will be getting a knitted lace skirt. I'll try to remember to take pictures this time. sigh...
